TERMS & CONDITIONS

QUOTATIONS

A quotation by the seller in this case(Betta-Tech Controls) shall constitute an invitation to treat and not an offer. the seller may withdraw or amend any quotation at any time  prior to the sellers   acceptance to the buyers order.

PRICE

(A)  Unless otherwise agreed by the seller in writing all prices shall be deemed to be exclusive of value added  tax which will be payable in addition     by the rate prevailing at the tax point

(B)  Unless otherwise agreed by the seller in writing the seller reserves the right to charge the buyer the cost of transportation of the goods ti the destination requested by the buyer .

DELIVERY

Delivery dates mentioned in any quotation or acceptance form or elsewhere are approximate only and not of any contractual effect and the Seller shall not be under any liability to the Buyer in respect of any failure to deliver on any particular date or dates , nor shall time be essence of any contract .

DAMAGED GOODS

Goods received damaged must be notified to the driver as well as Seller within seven working days . Any other fault to be notified to the Seller within seven working days.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

The Seller may in its sole discretion accept or reject the cancellation of any order once such order has been accepted by the Seller. the Seller will in  no circumstances accept the cancellation of an order for goods which are to be specially made or obtained  once such an order has been accepted  by the Seller nor will any allowance be made in respect of such goods where they are subsequently returned

RETURN OF GOODS

The Seller may in its sole discretion accept or reject the return of goods which have been incorrectly ordered .In an event that the Seller decides to accept the return of such goods , such acceptance shall be upon such terns as the Seller may determine and in particular Seller reserves the right to charge carriage and handling charge.

WARRANT PARTS

All parts despatched under warranty replacement will be invoiced the full amount , until the faulty part or parts are returned. After inspection and parts found to be genuinely faulty and not misused a credit will be issued.

TITLE OF GOODS

Title of the goods does not pass until payment has been received in full.
